Just over a month into her role as owner of Dry Eye Center of Arkansas, Dr. Brogdon shared a candid look at navigating practice ownership alongside raising her two children, Charlie and Bristol, with her husband Zach.

In the piece, she reflected:

"More than anything, I've had to let go of the idea that I can be perfect at everything. Instead, I focus on showing up as my best self each day, while also giving myself permission to rest, reset and recharge."
