Dr. Shelby Brogdon
Optometrist
​Dr. Shelby Brogdon is an optometrist with a passion for modern, patient-centered eye care and a special focus on ocular surface disease and dry eye treatment. Known for her approachable style and commitment to education, Dr. Brogdon strives to help patients not only see clearly, but understand their eye health and feel confident in their care.

Dr. Brogdon is a graduate of Arkansas State University and the University of the Incarnate Word, Rosenberg School of Optometry. Dr. Brogdon has extensive experience managing dry eye disease, contact lens care, and complex ocular surface conditions, and she stays at the forefront of emerging therapies and technologies to deliver the best possible outcomes.

She has been named numerous years as the Arkansas Democrat Gazette Best of the Best Optometrist and AY Magazine's Best Women in Healthcare.

Beyond patient care, Dr. Brogdon is actively involved in professional education and collaboration. She lectures nationally, contributes to clinical discussions within the optometric community, and works alongside industry partners to advance modern treatment strategies. Her goal is to elevate both the patient experience and the standard of care within eye health.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Brogdon enjoys sharing educational eye care content, connecting with her community, and balancing her professional life with family and everyday moments.

Dr. Ada Noh
Optometrist
Dr. Noh is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and the Pennsylvania College of Optometry, where she developed a strong clinical foundation and a passion for patient-centered care.
She is an active member of the American Optometric Association, Arkansas Optometric Society, AOA Leadership Institute, VC Woman Achieve, and Arkansas Women Executives, reflecting her commitment to professional growth and leadership within the optometric community.
After years in private practice, Dr. Noh discovered her true calling in the management of Dry Eye Disease — an often overlooked condition that can significantly impact quality of life. She is passionate about serving this underserved population and believes vision care goes far beyond achieving 20/20 sight. Her mission is to help every patient experience clear, comfortable vision through personalized, modern treatment strategies.
Recognized as a leader in dry eye care, Dr. Noh lectures nationally and collaborates with industry partners to advance education and innovation in ocular surface disease. Her dedication to staying at the forefront of emerging therapies allows her to bring cutting-edge knowledge and compassionate care to every patient she serves.
Dr. Noh currently divides her time between Little Rock, Arkansas and McKinney, Texas, where she continues to elevate dry eye care while building meaningful relationships with her patients and colleagues.

Megan
Virtual Patient Care & Scheduling Coordinator
Megan serves as our Virtual Patient Care & Scheduling Coordinator and has been a valued part of Dr. Brogdon’s dry eye team for many years before starting here.
Working remotely, she plays a key role in supporting patients by answering phones, coordinating referrals, and ensuring communication flows smoothly behind the scenes.
Known for her kindness and patience, Megan is passionate about helping patients feel heard and supported. Her dedication and organization help keep daily operations running seamlessly, allowing our clinical team to focus on delivering exceptional care.
Outside of work, Megan enjoys spending time with her husband and their dog. She also loves creative hobbies, including crocheting, which reflects her thoughtful and detail-oriented nature.

Ashton
In-Office Patient Care Coordinator
Ashton serves as our in-office Patient Care Coordinator and brings years of experience in eye care to our team.
She is passionate about helping patients feel supported throughout their treatment journey and finds great fulfillment in seeing them succeed and improve their eye health.
With a growing interest in dry eye care, Ashton is excited to continue expanding her knowledge and play an important role in delivering a positive patient experience. Her approachable personality and attention to detail help ensure every visit feels smooth, welcoming, and personalized.
Outside the office, Ashton enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children, making family life her greatest joy.
